Every year dozens of teams turn to Dash Online auctions to sell a stack of different items through their service. Normally I have no problem with one of these auctions, because teams use them to earn back some money that they have spent all year round, while fans can often acquire unique items from the team that may not be accessible through normal retail resources. The item links are currently available via the Dash auction site if the Ohl’s Kingston Frontenacs selling by game worn sweaters worn Of the 2024-25 season. If you are a fan or in favor of the Frontenacs, this would be a cool way to get a sweater that is worn by the favorite player of last season, but here I pump the brakes because the auction is missing an important element of how I store. And I feel that this missing information would go a long way to help the Frontenacs sell these sweaters at higher prices in their auctions.

Every fans are happy to wear a sweater with the name and number of their favorite player on the back. The sweater shown above is the sweater of Matthew Soto and Soto scored 18 goals and 34 points in 58 games last season for the Frontenacs. The St. Paul, Minnesota resident has spent four seasons with the Frontenacs, and he has made a solid contribution every season with career heights that will be earned in 2023-24.

Where I take the frontsacs, that is not a size for the advertisement of the sweater. Soto, which stands on six feet long and weighs on 185 pounds, has a completely different body six than leading scorer Jacob Battaglia, who is 6’1 “long and 202 pounds. To be honest, neither players would suit me, but I don’t know for sure if those players would fit most men of average height and weight today.

I know what size of sweater I wear, and the push of Reebok to go slimmer and faster has forced every manufacturer to follow, which means a sweater that is in the old CCM standards of the old CCM standards, is now a 60+ in the new measuring standards. In short, none of the sweaters that are offered by the Frontenacs in their auction would probably suit me, but I could not say for sure because none of the sweaters are shown with the size of the sweater in question. That means no bids from me.

If I was 5’8 “long and 190 pounds. Printing wet, I could probably bid on more jerseys for my collection. However, because I will never offer something that I will not wear as a personal rule, an auction that does not contain measures is an automatic” no “for me Jersey could appeal to me if something that can be worn as a conversation piece.

People, if you use an auction site such as eBay to sell clothing, make sure that the sizes are clearly posted. The Frontenacs clearly forgot an important piece of retail information about their auction descriptions, and that will lead me away from their offer in this specific auction. If I can’t wear it, why should I buy it?

I would not start this article with this line, but let me be the first to tell you that when it comes to Jersey auctions, the measurements matter.
Until next time, keep your sticks on the ice!
