The Philadelphia 76ers outside season is largely linked to as a disappointing one. Of course, the Front Office didn’t really have much ammunition or leeway to make large changes to the schedule, but no one will be satisfied with the way things have gone for them all summer.
Apart from their Icey decision to let Guerschon Yabusele amist their lack of depth on the front court and the bizarre choice of the front office to sign both Kyle Lowry and Eric Gordon for new, annual deals, the 76ers will certainly be processed because they still have not found a resolution for the Quentin Grimes-Saga. He is still technically a free agent and is away from the team since the camp started.
The representation of Grimes is steadfast, albeit understandably, when demanding a much more lucrative payment day of the 76ers Front Office. The latter, however, has been just as inexorable and stays stuck with their rather tiny offer that has largely contributed to this continuous impasse. At this pace this is very good at the season.
Fortunately, the Front Office has stayed in contact with the camp of the 25-year-old, never so confident that he returns to the team earlier than later.
The 76 people seem to be sure to put an end to the Quentin Grimes -Saga earlier than later
During Media Day, Daryl Morey was questioned about the plans of the team with Grimes, to which he replied that he thinks the situation will eventually be resolved in the coming days.
If the 76ers are committed to their first invalid supply to the young guard, Grimes will quickly realize that he does not really have a choice to take the qualifying range of $ 8.7 million of $ 8.7 million and to stay with the franchise for at least another year before the free agency waters.
