A man who did not immediately identify authorities was taken into custody. Video from the scene showed a witness who shouted: “He is there. He throws Molotov cocktails,” while a police officer with his gun pulled on a suspect of bare cheste with containers in every hand.

The attack took place in a popular shopping center for pedestrians in Boulder, where demonstrators with a volunteer group named Run had collected for their lives to increase visibility for the hostages staying in Gaza as a war between Israel and Hamas continues to yield worldwide tensions and contributed to a peak in the Universal Violence in the Universal Violence. It happened more than a week after the fatal shooting of Two Israeli embassy staff in Washington by a Chicago man He shouted: “I did it for Palestine, I did it for Gaza” while he was led away by the police.

FBI leaders in Washington said that they treated the Boulder attack as an act of terrorism, and the Ministry of Justice – that research leads to violence driven by religious, racial or ethnic motivations – rejected the attack as an “unnecessary act of violence, those recent attacks on Jewish people.”

“This terrorist act is investigated as an act of ideologically motivated violence based on early information, the evidence and witness reports. We will clearly talk about these incidents when the facts justify this,” said FBI Adjunct director than Bongino in a position on X.

Israel’s war in Gaza Started when Hamas stormed by Hamas on October 7, 2023 in southern Israel, in which around 1200 people, mainly citizens, were killed and about 250 others kidnapped. They still hold 58 hostages, about a third who are believed to be alive, after the majority of the rest were released in cease -the fire or other deals.

The military campaign of Israel has killed more than 54,000 people in Hamas-Runned Gaza, mainly women and children, according to the Gaza Minister of Health, who does not say how many of the dead civilians or fighters were. The offensive has destroyed huge areas, moved around 90% of the population and people almost completely dependent on international aid.

The police in Boulder was more careful with a motive. Police chef Steve Redfearn said it would be “irresponsible for me to speculate”, while witnesses were still being interviewed, but noted that the group that had gathered to support the hostages had been collected peacefully and that injuries of the victims – ranging from serious to small – were consistent with those who were set on fire.

The violence comes four years after a shooting in a supermarket in Boulder, about 25 miles (40 kilometers) northwest of Denver, killing four people. The shooter was sentenced to life in prison for murder after a jury rejected his attempt to avoid prison time by pleading by pleading by pleading by pleading Not guilty due to insanity.

Several blocks of the pedestrian center were evacuated by the police. The scene was stretched shortly after the attack, while law enforcement officers walked through the streets in search of threats and instructed the public to stay away from the pedestrian center.

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis said in a statement that he “keeps a close eye on the situation”, adding that “actions filled with hatred are unacceptable.”
