50 cent goes back to the mayor of NYC Zohran Mamdani.
50 cents may have changed heart when he placed his call for the mayor of New York City Zohran Mamdani from New York City and removed.
“Where did he come from? Whose friend is this? I don’t feel this plan,” 50 cents tackle A since then deleted video clip from Mamdani’s recent interview with breakfast club in which he played the rapper.

The Hiphop-Mogul responded to Mamdani’s recent comments, in which the mayor candidate mentioned 50 cents, while sketching his proposal to impose a two percent tax on New Yorkers who earned more than $ 1 million.
“We are talking about people who earn a million dollars a year or more, they tax due to a flat tax increase of two percent,” said Mamdani in the breakfast club. “I know if 50 cents listens, he will not be happy with this. He tends not to like this tax policy, but I want to be very clear: this is around $ 20,000 a year.”
It is unclear why 50 cents removed its function, but it might have a recoil from New Yorkers who supported Mamdani in the primary elections of 24 June, where the 33-year-old Democratic socialist achieved a decisive victory over former Governor Andrew Cuomo, who later gave.
“I will be your democratic candidate for the mayor of New York City,” Mamdani told his supporters after his victory.
“I will be the mayor for every New Yorker, whether you have voted for me, for Governor Cuomo, or felt me disillusioned by a long broken political system to vote at all,” he said. “I will work to become a mayor, you will be proud to name your own.”
Since winning the primaries, Mamdani has come under fire from conservatives that have affected his socialist approach to the costs of living. When he is chosen, he becomes the first Muslim and Indian American mayor of the city.
Cuomo still has the option To run in the general elections, while the established NYC mayor Eric Adams skipped the primaries and is planning to campaign as an independent in the general elections.
