“I have been trying to lose weight for more than 20 years, since my Menieres was incorrectly diagnosed and I was placed on prednisone. I have always struggled with 20-30 pounds and I have always been able to lose when I felt like it when I was younger, but prednisone balloon me to get more than 100 lbs that I just couldn’t throw … so far!

In the past I have done both fasting and high thick keto, but I did not leave weight.

I decided to do Maria’s January -Carnivore -challenging. I also bought the Platinum membership and let Craig calculate my macros … My own calculation was far away.
