iOS 26 brought a number of major updates to Apple’s mobile operating system, and we’re keeping pace with our own updates to the Jetpack mobile app. With the release of Jetpack app 26.4, we’re introducing three new features designed to save you time, eliminate friction, and improve your experience. Let’s dive into what’s new.
Improved statistics
The new Stats screen keeps the original structure, but improves every aspect of the experience: better design, better interactions and animations, new features and new technology to power it.
A new line chart with comparison periods, hourly data, trend indicators for metrics, significant data points on charts, custom date ranges, engagement and newsletter metrics for posts, full customization: these are just some of the new features coming to Jetpack Stats on mobile.
The new experience can be enabled via the ‘more’ menu on the current stats screen and can be disabled at any time. Please give it a try and let us know what you think using the “Send Feedback” option available in the same menu.
Intelligence on the device
This year, Apple made it possible for apps like ours to use their AI models on the device, bringing intelligence features to our apps in a privacy-sensitive way. We started adding three powerful features to the app: snippet generation, suggested tags, and message summarization.
The new features also come with a redesigned publishing experience that makes it easier to configure the post for publishing without missing important details. Because models run on the device, we can generate the suggestions proactively and free of charge.
The new intelligence features require an iOS 26 device that supports Apple Intelligence and will initially only be available in English, with more options coming later this year.
Liquid glass
We’ve worked hard to adapt our app to the latest Apple designs and technology, including Liquid Glass, a new design language.
It elevated every aspect of the experience, especially in Reader, which is amazing. But it’s not just Reader: every part of the app has been reviewed and updated to get the best out of Liquid Glass.
