Fresh off a World Series loss, the Blue Jays are closer to the middle of the pack than at the top of the odds board, sitting at 20/1 to go back-to-back, which is tied with the Braves and Padres for the eighth-best odds at FanDuel.

The Yankees have the second-best odds (+700) behind the vaunted Dodgers, and the only other team ahead of the Mets (11/1) are the Phillies (10/1), who face some tough decisions with their aging roster, including slugger Kyle Schwarber.

Two teams that finished well below .500 and are nowhere near a playoff spot — the Braves and Orioles — are expected to bounce back in 2026, with both teams among the top 15 World Series contenders.
