2025 Xpeng G6 Facelift launched in Thailand – from RM175K; New AWD performance; Up to 525 km WLTP – Paultan.org

After Indonesia, Thailand is next to the welcome of the facelifted Xpeng G6, which receives a revised variant line-up. The long distance takes over from the standard range that is now removed as the entry option, priced at 1,349 million baht (approximately RM175K). It is accompanied by the new performance -AWD that sells for 1,489 million Baht (RM193K).

Both have an 80.8-kwh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery that can be charged quickly via a DC input of 451 kW, with a 10-80% load state (SOC) reached in just 12 minutes. There is also AC tools covered at 11 kW, which sees a 5-100% in 9.2 hours, and a vehicle-to-load (V2L) system. Reach figures are 525 km WLTP for the basics and 510 km for the top-spec performance AWD.

The long distance has a rear electric motor with a rating of 296 PS (292 hp or 218 kW) and 440 Nm of torque, making a 0-100 km/h time of 6.7 seconds and top speed of 202 km/h possible. Regarding the AWD performance, it gets another electric motor on the front for a total system exit of 487 PS (480 hp or 358 kW) and 660 Nm, which reduces the century sprint time to 4.13 seconds, but with the same top speed.

With regard to visual changes, the XPeng logo has been moved up to the hood to enable a light bar with a full width at the front. Also new are the 20-inch alloys, Ducktail spoiler and black bits, including the body kit and calipers (only performance)

On the inside there is now a darker color scheme, while the dashboard and the front panels have a somewhat revised design. The front seats also get more adjustability (10-way instead of six road) and are supplied with a massage function, the headliner is now covered with suede fabric, there is a digital rear-view mirror and the air openings on the front are now manually adjustable.

The two displays have also grown somewhat, with the digital instrument cluster now measuring 10.25 inches (from 10.2 inches), while the central infotainment touchscreen is now 15.6 inches (from 14.96 inch). Headlight Also reports other tweaks such as new suspension, new stellar purple exterior finish and Nappa Leather seat covering.

In terms of Kit, both variants are equipped in the same way, with wireless Android car and Apple CarPlay support, LED headlights, double 50-watt wireless charging pillows, a panoramic glass roof, a sound system with 18 speakers, climate control with a double zone with PM2.5 monitoring.

The ADAS-Hardware has an NVIDIA ORIN-X chip drawing data of five millimeter golf radars, 12 ultrasonic sensors and 13 cameras. Together they make functions possible such as adaptive cruise control, lane crafting, adaptive twist cruise, active lane change, parking aid, a 360-degree camera, automatic emergency brakes, blind spot monitoring, lane room warning, lane loom alert alert and more.

The G6 facelift has already been spotted in Malaysia, albeit dressed in quite a bit of camouflage. We expect that the renewed electric SUV will be launched here, although there is no indication about when this will happen for the time being.
