The Late season LPGA Tour event was first held in 2020 and this will be the sixth time it has been held at Pelican Golf Club in Tampa, Florida, United States.
The tournament is named after Annika Sorenstam, the 72-time LPGA winner and 10-time major champion. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the ANNIKA Foundation.
Nelly Korda is the reigning champion after winning the event in 2024. She also won in 2021 and 2022 and is one of the leading players in the betting industry.
Sei-young Kim was the first winner of the event in 2020, while the other winner was Lily Vu in 2023.
