Springfield, Mass. … The American Hockey League announced its composite today 2025 preseason schedulePrior to the start of the 90th campaign of the competition next month.
The American Hockey League has been in operation since 1936 as the Top Development League for players, coaches, managers, managers, broadcasters and staff of all 32 National Hockey League teams. Almost 90 percent of today’s NHL players are graduates from the American Hockey League, and more than 130 members of the Hockey Hall of Fame spent time in the AHL in their career.
The regular season of the AHL’s 2025-26 starts on Friday, October 10.
