Modern coach bikes have evolved into some of the most versatile motorcycles in the industry. Although we still have the ultra-luxury full-dress tourers that are designed to get riders from one end from the highway to another without breaking sweat, that is not what we are talking about. Those motorcycles are specially built machines. The bikes that we have in mind are a bit lighter.

Each rider has a different series of limitations, but if you use your tour bike as commuters, everything that weighs more than 500 pounds weighs a bit cumbersome. The bikes on this list can be light, but they are not necessarily light on functions. All modern facilities will be present, but in some cases the luggage remains on the option list.

BMW M 1000 XR

For those who want a comfortable command that can also be brought to the track, this would be our choice. Although the basic model is already quite wild, the M 1000 XR changes everything to 11. You get a good 200-HP superbike that also offers real tour bike levels of comfort.
