Marco Silva has done an impressive work at Fulham, which promotes them in 2022 before they are established in the Premier League and Andreas Pereira has praised his assets as a manager despite working with some of the best coaches
Former Manchester United star Andreas Pereira has praised the current boss Marco Silva in Fulham and claims that he is the most organized coach he has played after working with Jose Mourinho and Sir Alex Ferguson. Pereira was an important player for Fulham this season, started 25 times in the Premier League and helped them finish 11th in the table.
Pereira has continued to build on his impressive versions in recent years since he left United when he registered two goals and four assists in the middle of the park.
He came to United in 2011 as a 16-year-old, but found First Team Opportunities Limited. He only played 75 times for four seasons and was lent to Granada, Valencia, Lazio and Flamengo before he came to Fulham in a permanent movement in 2022.
Pereira was in United in the last days of Ferguson and also played under Louis van Gaal, Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solkjaer.
Although he is coached by some of the biggest names in the game, he was blown away by his manager Silva and greeted his readiness for games and attention to detail.

“He is a perfectionist to let the team understand who we play against, the strengths of the team,” Pereira told the Daily Mail. “He prepares our team very well, he organizes everything to the last detail, and that makes it easier for us on game day.
“I think he really has his own style. We have a plan A, a plan B. I think he might be the coach who prepares the team the most that I have ever had, even to the last details of set pieces, even Throw-ins, we know what the other team is going to do. So I think that is a huge advantage that we have.”
Silva promoted Fulham to the Premier League in 2022 before she established them as a solid top side of the top, with three comfortable mid-table finishes.
He has since been linked to a number of top management roles – including Tottenham, Juventus and most recently Hilal.
In the meantime, Pereira has given his opinion about the “sad” situation of his old club after struggle under boss Ruben Amorim.
He said: “As a fan, from the outside, it is sad. Such a big club that sees it as it is, it is clearly sad. I am used to seeing Manchester as one of the largest clubs in the world who are always fighting at the top, fighting to be a champion.
“But they go through this phase of innovation, it is a new coach, now a new owner. So I think they will suffer a little, which is normal. But of course nobody wants to see Manchester United fun in this situation.”
