The facts of the case are clear and convincing on the basis of eyewitness accounts of judicial officers and the federal agents. Nevertheless, Democrats, who recently chosen MS-13 and tren the Aragua, threw illegal alien gang members, their support behind a judge accused of literally hindering justice to protect illegal aliens. A selection of their comments:
Sen. Ed Markey (D-Ma): “The Trump manager has arrested a judge in Milwaukee. This is a red alert moment. We all have to rise against it.”

This is a dangerous escalation, an attack on the separation of powers, and we will fight this with everything we have.”

Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wi): “Breaking: The Trump government has arrested a sitting Milwaukee judge. My statement below:”
“In de Verenigde Staten hebben we een systeem van cheques en saldi en machtsscheidingen om verdomd goede redenen. De administratie van de president die een zittende rechter arresteert, is een ernstig ernstige en drastische zet, en het dreigt die zeer scheidingen van macht te schenden. Maak geen vergissing, we hebben geen koningen in dit land en zijn een democratie van een wetten van de rechtbank, en een zitting van de rechter, door de rechtbank te zijn, door de to be the court, and by being the laws, to be the rights, and by being the laws, by being the laws, an overview of the judge, and we are a conviction of the court. The details of this exact case remain minimal, this action fits into the deep pattern of the lawless behavior of this president and undermines courts and the checks of the congress on its power. “

Sen. Bernie Sanders (i-VT) that caucuses with the Democrats (Source link):
This morning President Trump commissioned the FBI to arrest judge Hannah Dugan in Milwaukee. It is accused of obstructing law enforcement, a federal crime.
Let’s be clear. Trump’s arrest of judge Dugan in Milwaukee has nothing to do with immigration. It has everything to do with his move from this country to authoritarianism. He is illegal congress forces everywhere. He complains the media that he doesn’t like. He falls universities whose policy he does not agree. He intimidates large law firms who have opposed him. He ignores a 9-0 decision from the Supreme Court to reduce Kilmar Abrego Garcia from El Salvador, where he was sent illegally. He threatens to accuse judges who rule against him.
Trump’s last attack on the judiciary and judge Dugan is about one thing – uncontrolled power. He will attack and undermine every institution that stands in the way. Trump continues to prove that he does not believe in the Constitution, the separation of powers or the rule of law. He just wants more strength for himself. It is time for my colleagues in the Republican Party who believe in the Constitution to take on his growing authoritarianism.
Tricia McLaughlin, assistant secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, has posted a statement about the illegal alien democrats supporting and from whom Judge Dugan is accused of avoiding arrest by ICE:
This is the criminal illegal alien who tried to protect the Milwaukee Circuit Judge against justice. He has a laundry list with violent criminal charges, including strangulation and suffocation, battery and domestic violence. Ruiz entered the US illegally twice.
Because President Trump was inaugurated, activist judges have tried to hinder President Trump and the mandate of the American people to have America secure and secure our home country – but the actions of this court to protect an accused violent illegal foreign national against justice is shocking and shameful.
We are grateful for our FBI partners to help remove this accused criminal from the streets of America.
If you are illegal here and break the law, we will detect you, arrest and lock you up. That is a promise.
