It is not the first time that Palazzo Marino is confronted with similar requests from residents who are annoyed by nightlife: the cause intended for residents of Lazzaretto (Porta Venezia) is still ongoing. The punishment will arrive in the coming months and in the meantime the cassation has determined the existence of the responsibility of the municipalities for the damage caused by intimidating noises.
