The head of a charity, co-founder of Prince Harry, accused the royal of “bullying and intimidation on a scale” after he had left the organization earlier this week.
Harry was co-founder of Sentebale in 2006 in honor of his deceased mother, Princess Diana.
He left it, together with Prince Seeiso from Lesotho and the Board of Directors after a dispute with chairman Sophie Chandauka.
Now Dr. Chandauka said that Harry’s “unleashed the Sussex machine” has broken the relationship between themselves and the 540 people who work for charity.
This is what we know.
Why did Harry resign from charity?
The princes resigned as protectors of Sentebale after the Relationship between the chair and the managers “broke further than repair”.
In a statement, Harry and Seeiso said that this was in solidarity with the former managers.
“It is devastating that the relationship between the charity managers and the chairman of the board has been irreparably demolished, creating an untenable situation,” said the princes.
“These managers acted in the best interest of the charity to ask the chair to resign, while the well -being of the staff kept in mind.
“In turn, she sued the charity to stay in this voluntary position, so that the broken relationship was further underlined.”
Five administrators have been taken out of their positions. They were Timothy Boucher, Mark Dyer, Audrey Kgosidintsi, Kelello Lerotholi and Damian West.
In response, Dr. said Chandauka that “she had blown the whistle” about issues, including what she described as racism, bullying, sexism and abuse of power within the organization.
She did not respond to the details of these claims.
The exact details about why the managers wanted her resignation are also unclear.
What did the Sentebale chair say in response?
A lot of.
At the weekend, Sky News spoke at the weekend, Dr. Chandauka said that the way in which the Duke was “harmful” to his departure from charity was.
“The only reason why I am here … is because at some point Prince Harry gave the release of a harmful news to the outside world without me or my Land Directors or my executive director,” she said.
“And you can imagine what that attack has done for me, for me and the 540 individuals in the Sentebale organizations and their families.
“That is an example of intimidation and bullying on a scale.“

She told the Financial Times separately that she felt tensions with Harry for the first time a year ago.
She also claimed that the Duke team asked her to defend his wife, Meghan, against negative publicity.
“I said no, we don’t appoint a precedent, which makes us an extension of the Sussex PR machine,” she said.
The Full Sky News interview will be broadcast on Sunday 8:30 am UK time -that this evening is at 5:30 PM.
Have Harry or Seeiso responded?
No.
Neither of the Prince has commented on the dispute, apart from the initial statement released.
A source close to the former Sentebale managers and customers, including Harry, said that they “had completely expected this publicity stunt”.
The same source said they remained determined in their decision to resign.

What is Sentebale?
Sentebale is a charity that works in the South African countries of Lesotho and Botswana.
It means “Don’t Forget Me” in the Sesotho language, and Harry and Seeiso have set up it on their mothers in memory.
It was started to help young people hit by AIDS after Harry spent part of an interim year in 2004 working at an orphanage for children whose parents died of the disease.
In April 2024, the charity underwent a “transformation agenda” and is now aimed at tackling health problems, wealth inequality and climate feet in the two countries.
