One in three Americans one in three Americans still consumes fast food daily.
Two new CDC reports show more than 75 million adults older than 20 hamburgers, fries and other foods every day between 2021 and 2023.
Another 6 million of people ate fast food as more than half of their daily calories.
People younger than 40 had twice as much chance of trusting fast food compared to seniors – a find that is concerned about researchers.
Often full of preservatives, chemicals and fats of low quality, it is thought that processed food quietly rewrites DNA, hormones disrupts and tumor growth is burning.
Junk and fast food are increasingly bound to fatal diseases such as colon, breast and pancreatic cancer.
In the meantime, the data shows that even children are not saved.
Almost one in three children and teenagers ate fast food on a certain day, and it was 14 percent of their total calories feeding the fear of early illness at a later age.
New CDC data suggest that one in three Americans eat fast food that is linked to obesity, heart conditions and cancer (stock image) every day
Despite the surprising figures, fast food consumption has actually fallen compared to previous years.
The amount of calories that were consumed by Fastfood fell by around 15 percent between 2014 and 2023.
And for children these figures fell by 18 percent from 2015 to 2023.

Dr. Charles Carlsen, an Obgyn and Chief Technology Officer of Drsono MedicalThe Daily Mail told: ‘It is also possible that increased costs and inflation also make fast food more difficult for some families to afford.
‘There is also more awareness of health problems associated with fast food such as obesity, diabetes and heart conditions that have probably encouraged many to make more distinction about their food choices.
Fast food is ultra -proced, which means that it is full of saturated fats, sugars and additives Such as emulsifiers and artificial dyes that are usually not found when cooking at home.
As a result, they are associated with heart conditions, dementia, obesity and even some forms of cancer such as colon cancer.
Recent studies even suggested that they could be responsible for more than 120,000 early deaths in the US, more than top murderers such as Fentanyl.
In particular, emulsifiers, who give milkshakes, sauces and processed meat a smooth and consistent texture, also linked to colon cancer. It is thought that they can attack protective intestinal barriers, leading to inflammation.
Inflammation stops cell division, which increases the risk of DNA damage and the formation of carcinogenic mutations.
Both reports were part of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, published by the CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics.
‘Fast Food’ was defined as ‘Restaurant Fast Food/Pizza’.

The data shows between August 2021 and August 2023, 32 percent of adults older than 20 fast food consumes every day.
Of these, 11 percent got zero per quarter or less of their calories from fast food and another 12 percent at fast food for a maximum of half of their diet.
About nine percent, or 6 million, turned to hamburgers, fries and shakes for more than half of their daily calories.
About 30 percent of children and teenagers have collected fast food every day, the data shows. About eight percent ate more than half of their calories.
And especially teenagers were worse than younger children. They received on average about 15 percent of their daily calories from fast food, twice as many as children under 11 hours.
Dr. Carlsen said: ‘Teenagers, who are increasingly independent and have more government power, are more likely to turn into fast food. Unlike younger children, teenagers tend to make their own eating decisions and are sometimes led by convenience or pear behavior.
“Moreover, countless teenagers have part -time jobs in fast food restaurants, which further enter the behavior.”
Younger adults generally ate more fast food than older generations. Fastfood formed 15 percent of the calories for adults from 20 to 39 and eight percent for those of 60 and older.
Dr. Carlsen said to this website: ‘Young adult citizens would probably lead a busy life and therefore be attracted to handy and rapid consumption. Older citizens may also have obtained a better lifestyle over time or be better financed to dine at home. ‘

The report also looked at training levels.
Adults with the least what university education were most likely to eat fast food. Those who started but was not finished with the university received 13 percent of their daily calories from fast food compared to 11 percent who never went to university or had a bachelor’s degree.
And adults who weighed more generally went through the ride more than their thinner peers.
The CDC officials also looked at the relationship between weight and fast food consumption.
Obilescent Americans received about 14 percent of their calories from fast food compared to 10 percent for people with a normal weight. This is a difference of 33 percent.
This is in line with mountains of research that links fast food and ultra -priced food consumption with obesity.
Both children and adults, however, eat less fast food than in recent years, the data suggests.
Fast food consumption in adults fell from 14 percent in 2013-2014 to 12 percent in 2021-2023, a decrease of 15 percent.
And 36 percent of children and teenagers in 2015-2018 had Fastfood compared to 30 percent in 2021-2023 on a certain day, a dip of 18 percent.
There were various restrictions on the new reports, mainly including the lack of data about specific foods and all chronic health problems that participants had.
Dr. Carlsen said: ‘Although consumption at Fast Eateries is declining, it is still the core of American consumption habites. Price, health consciousness and convenience are still leading determinants of consumption behavior, but things are slowly changing. ‘
