Pharmacy benefits manager Lucyrx works together with Personify Health, a company for health navigation and benefits, to offer employers a more individualized, clinically targeted strategy for the management of GLP drugs and weight care.
The companies will offer an integrated offer that merges the strategy for the Premacy benefit with the support of GLP-1-trained coaches, personalized care plans for medication management and education of the Personify transformation program for transforming personify.
The Personify program offers tailored members, counseling guided by the coach, as well as impulse and resources to help them manage their weight and medication.
The most important elements of the GLP-1 strategy include targeted prior authorization criteria that are aimed at guaranteeing therapy people who need this most, and real-time clinical assessments and benefits optimization powered by Lucyiq, Lucyrx’s own AI platform, Lucyrx.
