Ukrainian negotiators in Türkiye will require Russia to agree with a full 30-day ceasefire and the swap of all prisoners of war from both countries when the two parties meet later on Monday.
The conversations, which are expected to be held in Istanbul, will be the second time that the opponents have gathered to discuss a potential peace agreement in the past month.
Delegations from Russia and Ukraine gathered in May in the midst of pressure from the Trump government for a diplomatic end to the three-year invasion.
In documents shown to Reuters news agency, Ukrainian negotiators will set a series of requirements for the Russian delegation.
Under the blueprint, Moscow and KYIV with the participation of the United States and Europe will work to remove the conditions on which they can agree to make a complete end to their three-year-old war, the biggest conflict in Europe since the Second World War.

The starting point of Ukraine will not include any restrictions on the military power of Ukraine after a peace agreement has been concluded, no international recognition of Russian sovereignty about parts of Ukraine taken by the forces of Moscow and repayments for Ukraine.
The starting point would be a “complete and unconditional -the fires in the air, on land and at sea as a necessary background and condition for peace negotiations”.
The document also stated that the current location of the front line would form the basis for negotiations on territory.
“The purpose of the negotiations is to restore a permanent basis for permanent peace and safety and to ensure that aggression no longer takes place,” the document said.
The overview also requires “the leaders of Ukraine and Russia come together to reach agreement on important aspects of the final peace scheme”.
The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zenskyy challenged his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin last month to meet each other during the first round of Istanbul conversations, but the old president sent a delegation to a low level instead.
The terms and conditions of Ukraine differ considerably from demands that Russia has made public in recent weeks.
US President Donald Trump has urged Moscow and Kyiv to work together on a deal to end their war, and Russia presented a second round of face-to-face conversations with Ukrainian officials in Istanbul next week.
Earlier this week, Kyiv said that it was committed to the search for peace, but that it was waiting for a memorandum of the Russian side that explained their proposals that did not come out.
Nevertheless, Mr. Zenskyy said on Sunday that he will send a delegation from his officials to meet their Russian counterparts in Istanbul.
On Sunday, a day before the conversations were planned, Ukraine carried out a daring series of attacks on Russian air bases.
The army of Ukraine says it struck more than 40 Russian planes with the help of drones.
