An American judge has rejected one of the charges against a conspiracy theorist linked to the deadly Wieambilla terror attack.
Donald Day JR was confronted with five federal charges in the US – three with regard to alleged threats and two counts of violating firearms laws.
The American judge The Dear John J. Tuchi has now rejected one count of an interstate threat tax, which claimed that Mr Day threatened the director of the World Health Organization.
Mr. Tuchi granted the motion of American public prosecutors to drop the count this week after the government said that it was “in good faith and is not contrary to the public interest”.
The defendant’s counsel had not objected to the dismissal of the indictment, with the label “count 2” in judicial documents.
It was claimed that in February 2023 Mr Day threatened to injure who director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, comments on a Bitchute video: “It’s time to kill these monsters, and everyone who serves them. Where are you? I am the only? F ** kin ‘Hell!”
The video that the MR Day noticed was from the WHO director who discussed the discovery of a new virus in Equatorial Guinea called Marburg, of which he said it was similar to Ebola and had no approved vaccines.
Mr. Day was active on Bitchute, under the username “Wearelldeadasf ** K”, and had previously posted on the platform that he was “an X-Con that was armed on the teeth”.
He also communicated with Gareth and Stacey Train on YouTube under the username “Geronimos Bones”.
The train pair, together with Gareth’s brother Nathaniel, shot a hail bullets on the police in Queensland in 2022.
Constables Rachel Mccrow and Matthew Arnold and neighbor Alan Dare were shot by the trains in December 2022. ((Delivered))
Constables Rachel Mccrow and Matthew Arnold, and a neighbor, Alan Dare, were all killed in the shooting.
After the murder of the officers, Gareth and Stacey seemed to address Mr. Day in a video posted on YouTube called “Don’t Be Bang”.
“[T]Hey came to kill us, and we killed them. If you do not defend yourself against these devils and demons, you are a coward. We see you when we get home, “said Gareth.
The trains hindered four police officers who carried out a welfare check on their property at Wieambilla. ((Delivered))
“We’ll see you at home, Don. I love you, “Stacey added.
Shortly thereafter, Mr Day gave the video on the video that he wanted him to be “to do” to do what I do best “, according to judicial documents.
“I hate that I can’t. What can I do? I tell you, family, that those B ** Tards will regret that they have ever formed with us,” he said.

Mr. Day told officers in a police interview submitted to an American court in April, that he was emotional after seeing the video.
He said that if he had known what would happen, he would have told the trains not to kill the officers because he wanted them to come to the United States.
Nathaniel, Gareth and Stacey Train matched Donald Day several times every week, who has never been to Australia. ((Delivered))
Mr. Day admitted that he felt responsible for what happened to the trains and because he told them that he would have killed the “devils” and “demons” if they had come to his house.
“I felt completely responsible for that … because I didn’t want to see my friends being killed like that,” he told the police.
The test is planned on September 15.
