Preston Draw Jebbison on loan from Bournemouth

Preston North End has signed, Daniel Jebbison on a seasonal loan from Bournemouth.

This step marks Jebbison’s second championship loan since he came to Bournemouth from Premier League of Sheffield United in July 2024, after having spent the first half of last season in Watford in Watford without goals in 13 performances.

Jebbison is also reunited with his former Sheffield Utd -Baas, Paul Heckingbottom who came to Preston last summer and held the LilyWhites with a single point on the last day of last season.

Heckingbottom is pleased to welcome Jebbison while he talked very much about the 21-year-old with faith in his potential.

“I look forward to working with Jebbo again. I have seen him play since he was a teenager and he was great to coach at Sheffield United.

“He is someone I have always insisted to keep improving during our time. I have always believed in his ability and his potential.

“I know how good he can be and we want to get him the best while he works with us here.”

Jebbison started his career at Anb Futbol in Canada, where he grew up before he came to Sheffield Utd in 2018 and graduated in the first team of the Blades, where he scored three goals in 35 performances.

During his time in Bramall Lane, Jebbison went on loan to Chorley and then Burton Albion where he scored nine goals in 23 performances for the Brewers in the 2021-22 season,

July 2024 Jebbison saw a move to Bournemouth securing, where he was initially lent to Watford before he was recalled in January 2025, in a cunning step that saw him continue with net three goals in 21 total performances for the Cherries – after he had played in the Carabao Cup before he went to Watford.
