I predict that they only drop him one in general to an 82, but I would not be shocked if they drop it further. His health remains a question when thinking about the course of an entire season, and to be honest, he is a bit past his prime.
His highest career Madden rating came with Madden NFL 22, where he achieved an 87 OVR at the release of the game.
RG Will Fries – 82 OVR
Madden NFL 25 End-season rating: 78OVR
Will Fries is one of those guys who, for some reason, never really jumped the assessment of, even when he earned it. I am not saying that the child should have made a 90 OVR or so, but at least An 80 OVR assessment in one of the last two releases of the game would simply feel.
I predict a big +4 for his rating to match his contract, that the Vikings have signed him a little better. This would mark the first time from Fries to surpass an 80 OVR. He received a 76 OVR in Madden NFL 24, and before that he received a 58 OVR in the back-to-back year of Madden NFL 22 and 23.
RT Brian O’Neill – 86 OVR
Madden NFL 25 End-season rating: 86 OVR
I do not believe that it is necessary to increase or lower his assessment here, so we stay with an 86 OVR.
Brian O’Neill has been at least 70 OVR since his own Madden NFL series Debut in Madden NFL 19. His career-bear rating came in Madden NFL 20 with a 70 OVR, and his career-beste came in successive years in Madden NFL 24 and 25 with an 86 OVR; making him an 86 OVR in Madden NFL 26 would mark three straight years of 86 OVR for the great man.
