Philly Pretzel Factory makes Florida debut in Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks

In addition to his role in Big Dave’s, Lewis is also the largest Philly Pretzel Factory Franchisee in the southern region. He recently debuted a Philly Pretzel Factory counter at the location of his great Dave in Oviedo. Instead of a traditional independent store, this innovative cooperation offers a composite menu of Philly favorites under one roof, improving the guest experience and laying the foundation for future expansion.

Lewis has an impressive career in the Food & Beverage industry as a former president within Pepsico drinks, generally recognized as a manager, entrepreneur and lawyer for social change. Known for the generation of billions of income and at the same time promoting culture and community, Lewis now leads his expertise in franchise growth and leadership. Earlier this year, Lewis added ‘author’ to his list of performance, where he published his memoirs, Survival + progress: Learning lessons without a compromiseSharing lessons in resilience and targeted leadership.
