State-Runned Petronet LNG reported a growth of 43 percent YOY on Monday in its consolidated net profit at around £ 1,095 Crore helped through better efficiency in operations and use of a higher capacity.

On a sequential basis, the net profit of India’s largest liquid natural gas (LNG) importer was 21 percent higher.

The CPSU’s consolidated total income amounted to approximately £ 12,513 crore during the quarter of March in FY25, compared to £ 12,423 crore in Q3FY25 and £ 13,947 crore in Q4FY24.

“The robust financial performance of the current financial year was achieved as a result of efficiency in activities and use of a higher capacity. Given the robust performance, the board of directors of the company has recommended a definitive dividend of £ 3 per share,” said Petronet LNG.

The consolidated total costs of Petronet were lower at £ 11,070 crore in Q4FY25 against £ 11,255 crore in Q3FY25 and £ 12,955 crore in Q4FY24. The costs of used materials fell by 13 percent JoJ in Q4FY25 and 5 percent yoj in FY25.

During Q4FY25, Petronet LNG’s Dahej -Terminal 189 Biljoen British Thermal Units (TBTU) of LNG processed 219 TBTU in Q4 FY24 and 213 TBTU in Q3FY2

Volume

The total LNG volume that was processed by the company in Q4FY25 was 205 TBTU, against 234 TBTU in Q4FY24 and 228 TBTU in Q3FY25.

For FY25 Dahej -Terminal LNG -Volume of 876 TBTU against 865 TBTU in FY24. The total LNG volume processed by the company was the highest ever, which stood on 934 TBTU, opposite the LNG volume of 919 TBTU in the previous financial year.

During Q4FY25 the offtakers made payment of outstanding use or payment complies of £ 360.94 crore with regard to calendar year 2021, the company said.
