A mother has revealed how she lost nine stone in just 12 months without resorting to piercing weight loss or surgery – instead of an ‘old school’ meal replacement diet.

Mother of two Amy Swan started her transformation in January 2024 and exchanged all meals for formula products such as soups, shakes and snack bars.

The strict regime – only 800 calories a day – helped its drop six stone in June and nine stone towards the end of the year.
