The doctor offers viewers a look in his fridge and explains that he ‘does not eat much’ and avoids processed foods.
In the cooling unit, some chicken items are for his dog, along with pots of honey, some beef talk, a bottle of raw cow’s milk, some minced beef, bone broth and some fruit for his own consumption.

Dr. Bed. Saladino is equipped with an earth system, also called an earth system, which helps to ‘connect the body to the earth’
His bed is equipped with an earth system, also called an earth system, which pushes the bed closer to the ground to “connect the body to the earth.”
Some holistic health experts believe that earth systems make a stream of electrons possible that can help to reduce inflammation, pain and stress and possibly improve sleep. However, the data is scarce.
Earth magazines or mats are often used, which contain conductive materials such as carbon or silver that are then connected to an earth gate in a wall output or directly on the earth.
Although the weather is called in Costa Rica – ranging from the low 70s to high 80s Fahrenheit – says Dr. Saladino that he does not use air conditioning, because the units are susceptible to protecting the humidity that can breed harmful bacteria, and he uses a ceiling fan instead.
Dr. Saladino continues on his ride for simplicity and says he doesn’t really use many toiletries when he enters his bathroom.
With the details of some of the bathroom products he uses, he explains: ‘I have a silk floss because oral-b glide floss had very high levels of PFAS or forever chemicals, so I use a silk floss.
‘I use the hair toothbrush of a boar because I don’t want microplastics to go into my mouth [and] I don’t use toothpaste, I just wipe my teeth with water … toothpaste is a scam. I don’t want an extra fluoride. ‘
Fluoride is a mineral in toothpaste and much of America’s drinking water intended to strengthen teeth.
Although emerging research has linked the mineral to bone loss, IQ loss and autism, research into potential health effects has been mixed and many experts have claimed that the evidence is unclear and that the dental benefits of fluoride outweigh the potential risks.
Completely skipping toothpaste can lead to tooth decay and dirty breathing.
Dr. Saladino goes to his shower and says that his water comes from a fresh spring.
However, he instructs people who have a main water supply to use a filter to absorb commonly used chemicals such as fluoride and chlorine.
For example, his swimming pool has no chlorine and he uses an alternative remediation system instead.
To date, Dr. Saladino viewed more than 1 million times with many viewers who applaud his design.
A fan wrote: “Man, you can only hear the nature sounds, no traffic, no people who scream drunk on the street and break beers, this is the dream …”
