Can I upgrade to Domain Pro?
If you are a current basic member, you must cancel your existing membership before you buy Domain Pro.
If you are a premium member, you may be eligible for a free upgrade. Eligible members will be automatically upgraded from the beginning of June. If you have not heard of us by June 18, you can request an upgrade using This form.
How do I know if I was upgraded to Domain Pro?
You can quickly see whether you have been upgraded by navigating to “my products”. If you have been upgraded, you will see “Discount Domain Club Domain Pro” mentioned among domain products.
Will my access to Godaddy tools and services change if I am upgraded to Domain Pro?
No. You continue to have access to all tools and services that are included with your earlier Premium membership – such as Domain Academy, Premium Cash Parking and Self -maker.
As a Domain Pro member you also get access to extra tools and services as soon as they become available.
Will I pay more to membership with my free upgrade to Domain Pro?
No. If you receive a free upgrade, there are no extra costs at your next extension.
For example, if your next extension date is January 1, 2026, your current premium plan rate of $ 239.88 will be charged. Subsequently, the Domain Pro price of $ 359.88 will be charged on January 1, 2027.
Is there a price difference between Domain Pro and Premium Plan for TLDs?
TLD prices can differ between Domain Pro and the previous premium plan.
