Hungry Palestinians desperately say to food that Israeli helicopters and tanks around crowds have been collected at a new food distribution site in Gaza, while the controversial “help” plan of Benjamin Netanyahu descended into chaos.
The Ministry of Health of Gaza said that at least one person was killed and 48 injured on Tuesday when desperate crowds surpassed the site in Rafah, south of the besieged comic. It was founded by a foundation supported by the US, military contractors and the Israeli army whose soldiers reportedly opened the fire.
Hospital officials said that four people died in a separate rush on Wednesday when hundreds of Palestinians stormed a food warehouse in the United Nations in an equally desperate attempt to find food.
And on Thursday, the Israeli government approved 22 new Jewish settlements on the occupied West Bank – illegally under international law – in a movement that will deepen the division with some allies, including the UK. Israel continues to be confronted with widespread international conviction for his actions, and this week’s events have not been different.

“Because of the large number of people, they bumped into each other,” said Ahmed Shaker, 30, who described the chaos in Rafah on Tuesday when he tried to get food for his family. “The intensity of the rush increased until the fence that separated the barriers. A quadcopter came and started to shoot around us,”
The house of the father of three was destroyed in the bombing. He is displaced four times and tried to get food for his one-year-old baby and two toddlers.
“Then the tank approached and started shooting near the people,” he continued. “The bullets hit the sand. Then the Apache helicopter came to the sea.”
“The hunger of my children drove me to go. It was more than a month and a half since I ate bread, except for a few small pieces. I was determined to go so that I could feed my children and save them from hunger,” he added.

Khairiya, 64, told The Independent that she walked several kilometers on foot to come to the distribution site, from the tent where she now lives after she is displaced seven times. But the place became busy. “There was no control anymore,” Seven’s mother said, adding that the Israeli army began to shoot from quadcopters and tanks.
“My husband is 71 and has difficulty moving, especially when walking and wearing the auxiliary paste,” she explained. “My oldest son said I shouldn’t go, but I went because we had little food. Unfortunately I was not lucky to get the help.
“Some could get help, and many did not do that. The distribution site is located in the middle of sand dunes, up and down. Despite the difficulty, I go again after the next delivery has been announced. I had no bread for two weeks,” she added.
The Israeli army says it monitors the site from a distance and that it only fired warning shots to control the situation. The US -based and supported Gaza Humanitarian Foundation said that his safety contractors who manned the site said it opened no fire and that distribution went without incidents shortly thereafter. It told Israeli media that it is planning to open four sites and to expand the operations in Gaza in the coming weeks.

However, a Red Kruisveld hospital reported that the 48 wounded of people had sustained shot wounds, including women and children.
Israel has had to deal with wild criticism from his allies, including the VK, which this month has punished Israeli settlers and organizations and froze free trade interviews over his three -month blockade on Gaza. The entire 2.3 million strong population now all runs the risk of famine, according to a global hunger monitor of the United Nations.
And so Israel ended under intense international pressure, ended the 11 -week auxiliary blockade last week. It has now permitted limited lighting by a heavily criticized plan to resolve the population in areas with food points – such as the site in Rafah that was first opened on Monday.
The United Nations and other humanitarian organizations have rejected the new auxiliary system and claim that there is no way to meet the overwhelming needs of Gaza and that it enables Israel to use food as a means for population control. They have also warned the risk of friction between Israeli troops and citizens who seek supplies and continue to call for an immediate cease -the fire and unlimited aid access.
UN agencies have reported that separately a few assistance resumed last week, whereby Israel approves around 800 truck loads of exemption. But spokesperson for the UN Stéphane Dujarric said that fewer than 500 truck loads reached the Palestinian side of the Kerem Shalom Crossing“Where we and our partners could collect a little more than 200 of them – limited by uncertainty and limited access.”

The envoy of the UN Midden -East Sigroid Kaag told the Security Council on Wednesday that the amount of the help that Israel had so far allowed to provide the UN “was similar to a lifeboat after the ship has sunk”, while everyone in Gaza runs the risk of famine.
Israel may be confronted with further sanctions such as the individually approved 22 new Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank, which are illegal under international law and are generally seen as an important obstacle for long -term peace. The Israeli Minister of Finance Bezalel Smotrich, an ultra-nationalist minister who argues for full Israeli sovereignty about the western Jordoever and that Gaza is “completely destroyed,” said that the new settlements in the northern part of the western Jordano would not be specified.
Israeli media that the Ministry of Defense quoted said that under the new settlements, including existing “outdoor posts”, which are illegal under even Israeli legislation, and that would be legalized. A spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense did not respond to requests for comments on the announcement.
The Palestinian Authority, supported by Western, conducting a limited rule on the West Bank, and Hamas Militant Group that Gaza runs, both condemned the Israeli decision.
In the meantime, the Israeli army continued its ferocious offensive in Gaza, and made dozens of goals at night, including what was there to be at storage places, snout shooter positions and tunnels. Palestinian medical employees said that Israeli troops killed at least 45 people on Thursday, including 23 in a strike that hit various houses in the Bebureij camp in Central Gaza.

Netanyahu said on Wednesday that Mohammed Sinwar, supposed to be the head of the armed wing of Hamas, was killed, apparently his death confirmed in a recent strike in the Gaza Strip. There was no confirmation from Hamas.
Despite the bombing and the violence, families in Gaza returned to distribution points on Thursday, desperately looking for more food.
“Because of the blockage and high prices, everyone will receive help. I met Friends of the whole comic on the way back. I have a box that my family will only last five days,” said Fadi, 34, a computer engineer who has been displaced six times and whose house has been completely flattened.
“But this method is tiring and humiliating. We were forced to go because of extreme hunger after 11 weeks of blockade. It is also difficult for older people to walk for miles and wear a box that weigh more than 10 kilos.”
