Gemini Ai: New graphic restyling of the web version

Google continues to improve the user experience of his Gemini AI and introduces a considerable restyling of the sidebar. The update concerns the web version and aims to make navigation easier and gain access to the most direct functions, with various changes that simplify the interaction. The change is divided, but let’s see what changes.

From above, the “Nuova Chat” button He leaves the previous pill side dish for a more flat and clean design. Even the “most” icon disappears, replaced by a more explanatory symbol. Immediately below, the “gems” section emphasizes the two most recent creations of the user, which also offers a direct connection to the exploration page.

The “recent” part now presents the last five conversations and set them up. The most interesting novelty is the possibility to scroll endlessly through the list of chats after clicking on “Show More”. This adjustment eliminates the need to click repeatedly to watch fewer recent conversations, making chronology consultation much more comfortable and faster.

Finally Google has Grouped all other options in a uniform menu called “Settings and more”. This solution is much simpler and more intuitive than the previous column of four icons, especially when the sidebar is minimized. Within this menu there are now sections such as activities, stored info, apps, your public links, dark theme, managing subscription, feedback, help and the current location. 9to5Google says that this updated sidebar is also available in the web version for mobile devices, which guarantees consistency of experience on different platforms.

The renewal of Gemini’s Zijbalk has gradually started to be introduced in recent days and is now achieving a broader availability for all users. We haven’t experienced it yet, but very little could be missing when his arrival.
