Former Louisiana State University -student Shaquille O’Neal follows a master’s degree with his Alma Mater to become a sports psychologist.

The NBA Hall of Famer appeared on NBCs The Today Show In May and discussed his pursuit, which states that he is currently working on his Master of Liberal Arts Degree. Although the retired basketball player has different degrees, he has a goal in obtaining this newest.

“So I am now working on my Master of Free Arts at LSU. I am the type that, if I don’t believe you, find it difficult. And this is not a respect for sports psychologists, but if you have not been in certain situations, how can you help me in certain situations?” the NBA on TNT said commentator.

He feels that he, played all his life, can relate to himself and can give advice based on his experience, as well as his training in the field.

“So in my mind, in my strange spirit, I want to become a sports psychologist, and I want to be the first sports psychologist who is available on the academic side and is available on the sports side. I think people know in sports situations, they know that I have been there and done that.”

It is a mystery to see how Shaq nowadays succeeds in sleeping.
