Ji So-Yun had one goal and two assists and Emeri Adames scored two second half goals to help Seattle rule FC after a 4-1 victory over the Utah Royals on Saturday afternoon in Sandy, Utah.
Maddie Dahlien also scored as Seattle (6-4-3, 21 points) extended his undefeated line to three games (2-0-1).
Bianca St-Georges scored on a rebound for last place Utah (1-10-2, 5 points), who lost his fourth consecutive game and fell to 0-7-1 during the last eight games.
Ji put the reign on the board in the sixth minute when she sent a shot with the right foot in the left corner of the net. Ten minutes later, Dahlien tapped a straight foot shot in the direction of the net that Royals defender Ana Tejada was unable not to go in.
Utah scored in the 31st minute when the right exchange of Ally Sentnor was partially stopped from outside the box by Claudia Dickey in Seattle and hit the left goal post. The uncontrolled St-George easily hit him.
Seattle disappeared in the second half when Ji was surrounded by three defenders in the 66th minute and moved a pass to the wide open Adames, who brought a left shot in the net. The 19-year-old Adames added a left-wing-kick goal in the first minute of the second half of the stopping time.
