A WAQF founded after the start of the WAQF (amendment) ACT, 2025 (14 of 2025) will submit an application to the Board of Directors for its registration on the basis of section 36 of the Act within three months after its foundation, they said.

After receiving the audit report on the basis of subsection (2) of section 47 of the Act, the board publishes the audit report on the portal and database according to the rules.
