Sesko -frustrations
Arsenal is said to be frustrated by Benjamin Sesko’s wage requirements, because they want to take out a deal for a new striker this summer.
Arsenal is ready to pay £ 70 million for the RB Leipzig star, but talks to Sesko’s camp about his wages not going smoothly. The report states that the representatives of the 22-year-old want a deal ‘much higher’ than Arsenal are willing to pay.
As a result, the Gunners were able to perform a U-turn and instead move for sporty Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres. Gyokeres is enthusiastic about a switch to the Premier League and Arsenal keeps their options open.
Guehi makes a decision
Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi is ready to close Arsenal in favor of moving to Liverpool, according to a report from the Sun.
Both clubs are interested in the English defender, but Guehi wants to become guaranteed first team football and that is more from Liverpool. William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes have formed an impressive center-back coupling for Arsenal last season.
In the meantime, Liverpool sells Jarell Quansah to Bayer Leverkusen and there are doubts about the future of Ibrahima Konate because his contract will expire next summer.
Zorria delay
The move from Martin Zubimendi to Arsenal is expected to be formally confirmed in July, although the midfielder has already traveled to the VK to complete the deal.
Zubimendi was in London on Friday to put the finishing touches to the move, but Real Sociedad does not want the move to be ratified until July for financial reasons, since the current football year year ends on 30 June.
Zubimendi has a release clause of £ 51 million, but the Gunners will pay a fee that could reach £ 55 million after negotiating more favorable payment conditions with Sociedad.
