Vyapar, one of the leading accounting software companies, has acquired 90,000 m² of adapted office space on enzyme office spaces in Bengaluru. The facility will accommodate approximately 2,200 workstations, including meeting and cooperation areas. After the Vyapar rental agreement, almost 30,000 m² and 800 seats remain available for further leasing at the facility.
Sumit Agarwal, founder, Vyapar said the new space will enable the company to quickly scale and offer a growing team with a productive and inspiring working environment. Enzyme Office Spaces’ ability to adjust solutions for workspace to the needs of the company was a key factor in the decision.
Ashish Agarwal, founder and CEO, enzyme Office Spaces said that the deal reflects the increasing demand from digital first companies for flexible but dedicated office spaces. Enzyme strives to deliver solutions for adapted workspace that enable fast -growing companies to thrive, he added. The transaction was facilitated by Pat Michaels, a commercial real estate agent company that specializes in Bengaluru that specializes in office, retail, land and advisory services.
This is the second major deal that is announced this year by enzyme Office spaces. At the beginning of 2025, Sugar Cosmetics rented a space of 14,000 m² – with 300 seats – in the Andheri East Center of enzyme in Mumbai. The space was rented to Hiranandani’s house and fully occupied by sugar to serve as their headquarters.
Enzyme Office spaces are currently 32 centers in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi-NCR, with a total footprint of 1.55 million m² and a seating capacity of 38,000. The company offers workplaces for a price range of £ 5,000 to £ 25,000 per agency, depending on the location and the configuration.
