A member of the Motorcycle -gang of the Hells Angels will serve a 21 -year prison sentence for putting a black man in the chest during a racially motivated attack in 2023.

The victims, aged 19, 20 and 21, were chased by members of the gang after one of them reportedly spoke with one of the girlfriends of the gang members. They chased the three black men. They escaped. The other two were seriously beaten by some gang members who used racial epithets while they said they didn’t hear in that neighborhood.

During the trial, deputy public prosecutor Miriam Heming said while the two men were on the floor, Scholder pulled to a knife and stabbed one in the chest. The knife broke the breastbone of the victim, pierced his lung and switched off an artery. The man almost died.

Heming said that the victims “just walked down the street” in Ocean Beach before they were attacked. She said that one of the witnesses noticed that they were “beaten within an inch of their lives.”

Scholer’s prison sentence was doubled because he was convicted years ago after he was guilty of robbing a former Hells Angels member that the gang tried to leave.

Hemming also said that Scholder, 44, had white supremacist tattoos and had previously used racial blemish. One of those incidents led him to be convicted in 2003 for a crime, including an accusation of a hate crime. He got into a fight with a black who asked him to stop smoking a cigarette next to him.
