Cieran Slicker had a debut to forget, because the qualifying warm-up-friendly world-up of Scotland ended with a 3-1 defeat through Iceland in Hampden Park.

After Slicker had collected a ride from Jon Dagur Thorsteinsson during the second attempt, the Hirst then tested Iceland -goalkeeper Elias Olaafsson with a ride that was tipped over the bar, but from Johnston’s corner, Souttar bent from six meters.
