Hotel worker says he received $ 100k from Diddy for images of Cassie Assault

A hotel employee testified in the Diddy Trial that the Entertainment-Mogul had him sign an NDA (non-public making agreement) in exchange for $ 100,000 for security video who recorded him who attacked his then girlfriend, Cassie, in the Intercontinental Hotel in 2016.

Eddy Garcia stated that after the incident he received a phone call from Kristina “KK” Khorram, the Staff Chef of Combs, who made the request.

Part of that visual material was unveiled at CNN last year before Diddy was arrested by the government.

Garcia admitted that he initially told Khorram that she should contact hotel management or get a summons for the images. After he had spoken with the owner of the Bad Boy label, who told him that if the video got out, “could ruin him,” Garcia said that his boss, Bill Medrano, told him it would cost $ 50,000 to get the video.

A scheme has been made for Garcia to meet in “a large high building”. When Garcia arrived, Diddy let him sign a non-public making agreement and said that there were “no duplicates, backups, stored discs” containing the video. After the agreement was signed, Garcia said he got around $ 100,000 in cash in a paper bag.

After Garcia had the payout, he said he gave Medrano $ 50,000, $ 22,000 that evening went to another security employee and he kept $ 30,000 for himself. He admitted that he bought a used vehicle with what he received. He never deposited the money into a bank to prevent the payment from being returned to him.

Combs is on trial and is confronted with a life sentence on accusation of racketeering -entertainment, sex trade due to violence, fraud or compulsion and transport to enter into prostitution. He declared his innocence while he did not argue guilty.
