Jamie Smith’s Barnstorming 64 of 28 deliveries helped England helped the West India 3-0 in the West Indies in Harry Brook’s first series to sweep as a full-time whitebar captain.

Smith Bludgeoned 10 Fours and Three Sixes for his first fifty in his 13th one -day international when England saved on a revised target of 246 in 40 overs, with seven wickets and 62 balls to save in the Kia Oval.

The Windies had recovered from 28 to three and 154 to seven to post 251 for nine after arrival on the ground, because of the traffic that was combined with a rain reduction of 95 minutes and a reduced match.

Adil Rashid took three to 40, while there were two wickets each for Pace Trio Saqib Mahmood, Brydon Carse and Matthew Potts, but the tail of the Windies wagging by Gudakdsh Motie and Alzarri Joseph.

After the 70 of Sherfane Rutherford led the first rebuilding, motion (63) and Joseph (41) set up a sizzling 91 out of 68 balls, but that was put in the shadow by Smith and Ben Duckett’s 93-run union in 43 deliveries.

After Smith’s Blitz, Duckett 58 made 46 balls before Joe Root, Brook and Jos Butler brought England over the line for their first Odi series Whitewash since he was beaten 3-0 with 3-0 in 2022.

The new opening couple of England made ducks while the hosts sealed a win from Metro Bank Series on Sunday in Sophia Gardens, but Smith-Gemedia on average 17.63 of his first 12 ODIs packs De Bull at the Hoorns on his home country.

He stepped out of the stamp with a striped inner edge, but was then on top and took eight four of his first 17 balls of the quirky Shamar Joseph and Jayden Seales, who was addicted to six.

Smith was portrayed on Short Midwicket of Motie’s first delivery and crashed four six-four-six-zes on the way to a 25-ball half century before the slow left-older ended up by finding the basis of off-stupid.

Duckett, who dropped two catches and rumbled a run-out at Cardiff, only contributed 19 to the opening standard, but found a rhythm with three sixes from Alzarri Joseph, after he was put down at 15.

Duckett wiped, cut and pulled motion for three consecutive celebrations, but then chose Lid from Chase, who then spilled a simple chance of backward point to postpone Brook when he was just four.

It was largely a procession from that moment, even as a carrot, fresh from a career-best 166 not at the weekend, met 46 needed after top-riding Alzarri Joseph to Shamar Joseph for 44.

Buttler was then central, with an unbeaten 41 of 20 balls, finishing things with a towering leg side six off-seal dogs, while Brook took its own red-kernet at 26 not out.

A combination of broken buses, a failure of traffic lights and roadworks over a river Thames Bridge contributed to the earlier slowness of the Windies from their hotel three and a half miles away.

They arrived at 12:40 pm on the floor – 10 minutes after the planned throw – and a start of 1:30 pm meant a truncated practice.

They stumbled out of the traps after losing the throw when the fit-again Evin Lewis and Brandon King went wrong against catchers in the ring.

Captain Shai Hope was paid by Mahmood for the second time in the series, but Rutherford led the recovery well.

He was fluently due to the off-side and strong of his hips, but lacked support when Rashid Cardiff Centurion Keacy Carty bowed through an inner edge shortly after the rain break and then had two wickets in two balls by dismissing Justin Greaves and Chase, who absorbed a second gold duck in a row.

Motion smoked Rashid’s hat trick ball over Lang and then led a Windies-Golf of Resistance alongside Alzarri Joseph after Brook took an excellent dive to end the challenging knock of Rutherford.

Although it is not completely comfortable with the short tactics of England, the MAHMOOD motion sent to the stands to go to his ODI Best score of number eight, while penultimate batter Alzarri Joseph proved a capable foil while the Windies ended their 40 overs with a bloom.
