A 20-year-old woman has unveiled the subtle symptoms that she had ignored for more than a decade, which turned out to be signs of fatal brain cancer.

In a viral Tiktok video that has been viewed more than 2.4 million times, said Carson Fossat from Utah, America, doctors only saw the disease in June last year after a chance scan after a car accident.

After the devastating diagnosis, Mrs. Fossat had to undergo a great surgery to remove the tumor, which temporarily robbed her of the ability to walk, eat and see.

“Just like me, a newborn baby, someone had to help me clean myself, brush my teeth and wipe my literal ass for months,” she said in a clip on social media.

The first symptom that was rejected by doctors was persistent vomiting that struck when Mrs. Fossat was a ‘little girl’.

‘It was normal that I vomit at least once a week, if not every day, every few days. To the point that my family would always joke, “she said.

But doctors said her repeated attacks of vomiting were caused by fear, she claimed.

“It turns out where the tumor at the back of my head, he against my brainstem and my” nausea center “, which caused me to survive.”

Carson Fossat, 20, was only recently diagnosed with brain cancer despite the suffering of symptoms since Child -Hoood.

The symptom that had the greatest effect on her daily life that grew up was extreme exhaustion.

“I was super tired. I was tired all the time. I would get more and more tired all day and I should take naps, “she said.

“It was really difficult for me to do school or work, because I would have to nap hours a day, just to function.”

She added: ‘I also got a lot of headaches that I was told that it was caused by fear. But they were pressure headache on the back of my head, that is where the tumor was.

‘I was always super dizzy, when I got up, I would be super dizzy. I was told that this was due to a lack of iron, because I had low iron mirrors. ‘

The combination of symptoms meant that she ‘was always awkward’ and would often fall.

Despite her long -term symptoms and repeated trips to the doctor, the tumor was only picked up after she had been taken to the hospital after a car.

Fortunately, brain surgery to remove the disease turned out to be successful and her latest scans do not show any signs of cancer.

However, she will have regular MRIs in the following decade and knows that the cancer can return any moment.

The regular scans mean “it will be caught early if it once decided to appear again,” she said.

“If it ever comes back, I’ll be ready.”

But recovery has not been easy, she told her followers on social media.

‘I really had trouble getting back to normal life. I have discovered that I am immunocompromoused and literally got sick of everything, “she said.

‘I also had a hard time accepting that I was not the same loud extroverted, outgoing girl who went into the operation. I came out of a completely different person.

“I struggled with fear and depression in the past, but my mind went to a place that I didn’t know existed.”

More than 12,000 patients in Britain are diagnosed every year with a brain tumor, where about half of these cases are cancer.

Common symptoms are fatigue, a loss of eyesight, attacks, nausea and headache.

Glioblastomas, one of the deadliest types of brain tumor, have been emphasized in recent years after killing a number of famous faces.

The disease, the most common type of cancer -like brain tumor in adults, killed the Labor politician Dame Tessa Jowell in 2018.

And in March 2022, the wanted singer Tom Parker died with the cancer after a battle of 18 months.
