The Las Vegas Raiders have had a pressure outside of season so far. They hired Pete Carroll, former Seahawks -head coach, to be their head coach.
They also exchanged for another former Seahawk in Geno Smith as their starting Quarterback.
They have also made some other solid movements, such as adding safety Jeremy Chinn, Linebacker Eandon Roberts, and Raheem Mostert.
With a few solid pieces already in place, the Raiders are able to make some noise in the AFC.

The Raiders already had a solid defense last year and ended in 15th in Yards, and in general the center of the peloton were across the board for numerous defensive statistics.
After many trade rumors, the Maxx Crosby team signed a huge expansion, making their additions to the defense more important to become the unit of potential top ten in the competition.
Carroll’s earlier experience with top defenses back in Seattle should only help.
Focus on the attack, it now has several fixed pieces in place to form a solid foundation.
Although Smith is in no way an Elite Quarterback, he is a huge improvement compared to Gardner Monsshew and Aiden O’Connell.
Brock Bowers at Tight End and Jakobi Meyers at Wide Receiver each serve as very reliable options for a new Quarterback that becomes a member of the team.
The attacking line also seems to be a solid unit on the way to 2025, especially after adding guard Alex Cappa.

Sincere McCormick and Raheem Mostert could serve as a decent, cheap duo from the Achterveld, but can also be easily replaced in a charged running concept class.
That leads to the last step for a revival of Raiders. A great design.
With the sixth general choice, the team has several instructions that it can go.
The Front Office can make both a need and fans fans by drawing up one of the broad receiver Tetairoa McMillan and running back Ashton Jeanty. Both would immediately use as focal points of the attack, which means that the team has potential for two above -average units in the NFL.
On paper, whoever takes them in the first round should greatly raise the team and support their free agency.
The team can also go all-in on a top defense player, such as a Mason Graham, to form a defensive unity of the top to match the top activities in their division. They could then fill their attacking holes later in the design.
In general, the Raiders have the potential to greatly improve last season on their 4-13 record, even though they are in a heavy division at the Kansas City Chiefs, Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers.
