Organizers of the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 8-Play-Offs of 2025 have dropped the Jay Jay Okocha Stadium in Ogwashiuku as one of the locations for the decisive group device on Thursday, Complete sports.com Reports.
Ozoro Stadium replaces Jay Jay Okocha Stadium
In a quick step it is confirmed that the Delta State University of Science and Technology Stadium in Ozoro is organizing a collision between Barau FC and Doma United FC, as well as the Conference B -Ontoeting between Osun United and Kalifa FC. Both competitions are planned for Thursday.
The change comes in the midst of concern about the undersized pitch condition in the Jay Jay Okocha Stadium Ogwashi-Uku.
NNL chairman confirms the change of location
NNL chairman, George Aluo, who led an inspection team to the Ozoro facility, confirmed the switch and quoted the poor play area in the Jay Jay Okocha Stadium Ogwashi-Uku.

“The Ozoro Stadium will replace the Jay Jay Okocha Stadium due to the substandard pitch,” said Aluo.
“We want to guarantee the safety of players and maintain the integrity of the competition.”
Stephen Keshi Stadium remains primary host location
The Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba will continue to be the primary location for the tournament and will continue to organize other important luminaires, including the conference a confrontation between Wikki tourists and Yobe Desert Stars, and the conference B bump between Warri Wolves and Crown FC.
Matched times for the moved games in Ozoro Stadium are again planned. The kick -off times are now set for 10:00 and 13:00 respectively.
NNL confirms the bet for fairness again
