Benefits in the context of the scheme Currently, a monthly pension of £ 5,000 include those who were trapped for a month; Those who have been caught for a longer duration receive £ 10,000 a month. These amounts are doubled according to the cabinet decision.

According to existing rules, when the prisoners have died, their relatives receive a monthly pension of £ 2,500 (for a prison sentence of a month or less) and £ 5,000 (for a prison sentence of more than a month).

Those who qualify may apply to the district collectorate on a £ 100 stamp paper. This will be investigated by a committee led by the collector.
