Clayton Kershaw went seven scoreless innings and Shohei Ohtani hit a few home runs when the Los Angeles Dodgers rolled to an 11-5 victory over the visiting San Francisco Giants on Saturday.

Teoscar Hernandez added a Homer and Mookie Betts had a two-run double, because the Dodgers had their first series of the season right versus their old rival at a competition each.

In his 61st career appearance against the Giants and the 59th start, Kershaw (2-0) allowed three hits with one walk. His five strikeouts brought him 12 away from the 20th pitcher and fourth left -handed by 3,000.

Giants Right-Hander Landen RoupPP (4-5) was founded for six points on four hits in 1 2/3 innings, with a career-high five free running. It was the shortest start of his two -year career.

Casey Schmitt hit a Grand Slam against position player Enrique Hernandez in the ninth inning when San Francisco lost for the second time in the last 10 games. It was Schmitt’s second Grand Slam in so many competitions.

Ohtani got the Dodgers going with a home run on RoupP’s fourth pitch of the game. It was his first since 2 June and his first home since he hit two against the New York Yankees on 30 May.

Los Angeles has just started. They knocked on the game with a second inning of five run. Andy Pages had followed an RBI single and Michael Conforto with a Run scoring double. Two batters later Betts hit a two-run double for a 5-0 lead and Will Smith added a sacrificial ax to bring the score to 6-0.

In the Dodgers act came in the third inning with an RBI Single that landed for midfielder Jung Hoo Lee, his former Kiwoom Heroes -Teammate in South Korea.

Ohtani’s second home run of the game came in the sixth inning of right-handed Tristan Beck for an 8-0 lead, and Teoscar Hernandez added a two-run Homer for a 10-0 advantage. It was Ohtani’s third multi-homer competition of the season and the 22nd of his career.

With San Francisco -Catcher Logan Porter on the hill, Miguel Rojas hit a home run for Los Angeles in the eighth inning.

Enrique Hernandez received five points (four earned) in two -thirds of a collection for the Dodgers before left -handed Anthony Banda recording the last zero.
