UFC 323 was an exciting night of fighting, culminating in a major upset in the main event when Petr Yan defeated UFC bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili by unanimous decision. Yan delivered one of the signature performances of his career by regaining the UFC bantamweight championship and ending Dvalishvili’s long winning streak.
Despite the electric atmosphere inside T-Mobile Arena at UFC 323, things outside were extremely tense between two legendary fighters. Former UFC champion Jamahal Hill, who attended UFC 323 with his team and romantic partner, got into an extremely tense confrontation with UFC Hall of Famer Joanna Jedrzejczyk after Jedrzejczyk allegedly got into it with his partner.
While it is uncertain what exactly prompted the incident below, Hill took extreme exception to what he viewed as something Jedrzejczyk did.

As of this writing, the UFC has not addressed the aforementioned incident and Hill/Jedrzejczyk have made no further comment.
This isn’t the first time Hill has been criticized for his comments/treatment of women. After footage of UFC CEO Dana White attacking his wife during a New Year’s Eve party went viral, Hill defended White on social media and received a barrage of criticism from fans and pundits.
Hill has not fought since losing to Khalil Rountree Jr. at UFC Baku earlier this year. At the time of writing, a timeline for his return to the Octagon is uncertain.
Jedrzejczyk retired after a loss to Zhang Weili at UFC 275 and was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2024. Despite being repeatedly asked about a possible UFC comeback, Jedrzejczyk has remained steadfast in her retirement.
