The Los Angeles Dodgers have an update about the All-Star catcher Will Smith while he continues to deal with a hairline fracture in his hand. The Backstop was unable to start Game 1 of the NLDs, but later came to both bat and caused things behind the dish because his game 2 status is ‘in the air’.
In other news, the former Dodgers World Series -hero Walker Buehler, who is now at the Philadelphia Phillies, reportedly gave his new team information about the Dodgers. The information did not seem to help during game 1, but there are two more victories for LA to catch before they continue to the NLCs.
